Denstone® deltaP™ 99 technology utilizes the revolutionary, patent pending Saint-Gobain NorPro Denstone deltaP bed support technology and combines it with a high alumina, low silica composition to produce a media that is engineered to withstand the most severe environments while delivering added value in fixed bed catalyst applications for the refining, petrochemical, chemical, and gas processing industries.
Denstone deltaP 99 alumina media is unlike any traditional spherical bed support media and offers multiple benefits which can improve your reactor’s performance and bottom line results.
Pressure Drop Performance Significantly Improved
Pressure drop is key to a unit’s performance and Saint-Gobain NorPro’s Research and Development team designed Denstone deltaP to have a significantly lower pressure drop across the support bed. Extensive testing confirmed the pressure drop advantage of Denstone deltaP compared to standard support media systems.
